This website

This website explains our services and provides a fictional invoice-processing demonstration. We do not provide visitor accounts, accept invoice uploads, or operate a contact-form submission service on this website.

The interactive demonstration

The invoice demo runs in your browser with predefined fictional data. Entries are held in page memory and disappear on reset or reload. CSV downloads are generated locally. No demo information is sent to an AI provider or accounting platform.

Enquiry drafts and email

When available, the enquiry draft tool downloads a text file on your device. It does not send the draft to us or store it on our servers. Email links open your email application. If you choose to email us, we receive the information you send and use it to respond and discuss your enquiry. Please do not send passwords or sensitive business records in an initial enquiry.

Scheduling

If a scheduling link is configured, it opens Google Calendar, Calendly, or Cal.com in a new tab. Information you provide there is handled by that provider under its privacy policy. We do not embed a scheduling tracker on this site.

Hosting and diagnostics

Our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. We have not enabled advertising trackers, Vercel Web Analytics, or Speed Insights. This site does not set analytics cookies or use local storage for tracking.
